Quick Update

I am going to quickly update you on what has been happening this past week... pictures to follow as soon as I can find my camera charger and connector to the computer.... First of all I passed my defense on tuesday and everything went perfectly! so yeah! On Thursday Grandma Hayes flew into Memphis to help baby frank and I move back to Ohio. Friday was baby frank's last day of school and it was sad to leave because it was such a wonderful place for him to be at during the day we will miss it very much! Saturday we drove from Memphis to Columbus.. baby frank (and lexie) did very well he slept and played most of the way...he got a little car-sick after the car trip... but as usual he was an excellent baby and travel buddy... Now we are in Ohio at my parents house while frank4 is in LeJeune for a few weeks... baby frank has so many new toys to play with that grandma Hayes found for him that he doesn't know what to do with himself... between the jumparoo and exersaucer he is a very busy 5 month old little boy... Baby frank and I have a very full itinerary for the week while we are in Columbus with both grandparents and friends so we are very excited for this week of relaxing and family and friends. All Packed Up

Today we loaded up the truck for Frank4 to drive back to ohio. My cousin Brandi watched baby frank and lexie while we packed up the truck. Frank will be in Dayton at our new house tomorrow about noon if anyone is in the area and would like to help unpack! haha! We got the entire house in this one truck.. we were quite impressed with ourselves... frank4 then tried to drive off with baby frank "Britney Spears style" and then let baby frank drive the truck before he left... we will be back in Columbus in one week!

Hanging out with Daddy

After we packed the truck we took a break to hang out as a family before Frank4 left for the next few weeks. Frank4 will be at Camp LeJeune for the next few weeks and when he returns we will be all moved into our house in Dayton! I also took some video of the boys playing.

Happy 4th of July

We spent this 4th of just packing for the move tomorrow. Baby frank has been so cooperative with us while we are taking apart the entire house. Tonight we are going to watch the fireworks on the river... one more week left in Memphis...

Packing Up and Moving Out

Frank4 and the U-Haul are leaving Memphis with all of our stuff on Saturday... so most of our belongings are now in boxes ready for the move. We even decided to pack-up baby frank in a box so we can take him with us... Lexie was not as cooperative as baby frank was

The tours continue

Today was Frank4's last day of work at St. Jude and since I only have a week of work left we decided to get some pictures of baby frank's second home for these past few months. He often has accompanied Frank4 and I into work after hours and on the weekends (as is a researchers life) and has been such a wonderful baby every time. I am going to miss working at the hospital because it is such a wonderful place with such great people to work with. My defense is on tuesday so keep me in your thoughts until then! We will probably take more pictures when my mom is here on Friday the 11th... but this is what ewe have until then

Bumbo Baby

Today baby frank got another hand-me-down toy to play with... a Bumbo! In the first 5 minutes he attempted to eat/chew on it, wiggle out of it and figured out how to dismantle the toy tray that apparently I did not put together correctly. Here are some pics of him in the bumbo and a video of him making funny noised with his nubby while in the chair.
