Happy Halloween Part 2

Tonight baby Frank got to participate in his 2nd trick or treat at my parents house in Westerville. He was still the cutest and happiest little monkey (even though he did not nap today.. AT ALL)... I guess Erin is right... no rest for the wicked! haha...  Regardless of his lack of sleep we had a very busy Halloween... and a very happy one! Baby frank was very interested by all the people in costumes, and thankfully was not frightened by any of the scary ones!

Happy Halloween Part 1

Tonight was beggars night here in Dayton. Baby Frank got all dressed up in his monkey costume and Lexie in her hot-dog costume from last year. We took baby frank around to a couple of houses and sat out on the porch to pass out candy to all the cute trick-or-treaters! This Halloween was definitely more of a success than last year in Memphis... when we sat out for the whole evening and did not get any trick-or treaters... Our little monkey was definitely super cute and he will get a second chance tomorrow night at my parents in Westerville.

Prayers Please!

Such a happy Luke Anderson

Thankfully our buddy Luke's tumor has shrunk enough to be removed! He is having surgery today at 10:30am (Florida time).. and we would appreciate it if you could take some time to think of him and his family. Lets all pray for a safe and quick recovery for our little Luke, so he can go back to being your typical two year old boy!

Jackpot!

Baby frank has discovered his toy box... he loves to pull up on it now and try to get toys out of the box... however is is not coordinated enough to stand without at least one hand holding on... so he is not able to pull every toy out of the box... at night Daddy likes to put away all of his toys so the morning is especially fun because there is a box full of toys!

Look what he found!
Too many toys for one baby

Aunt Joanne's Wedding!

This weekend we traveled to Milwaukee Wisconsin for the wedding Frank4's Aunt Joanne to Matthew Connell. Baby frank did remarkably well considering the amount of time he spent in the car... however he did have aunt Molly to entertain and feed  him in the back seat. His sleep schedule did not appear to be too affected by the time change and hectic schedule of the weekend... but he has been sleeping rather well today! We had a great time visiting family and celebrating the marriage of Joanne and Matthew! Hopefully more pictures will come once we get photos from other family members and the photographer... my flash was not really strong enough to get pictures at the reception... There was a few family pictures taken throughout the night so I cannot wait to post those...but we have some great pics of baby frank on my camera!

Aunt Erin and Grandma Mo!

Saturday morning we met up with Erin McGinty and her mom for breakfast while we were visiting Milwaukee. Since I have been so close to the McGinty family growing up Erin is definitely a Pseudo-Aunt to baby frank as well as her mom being a Pseudo-Grandma! We had a great time at breakfast and then play time at the hotel prior to the wedding. Of course time was way too short... but we will have to just visit again!

They Closed Wolski's!

After much talk of the bar Wolski's in Milwaukee Wisconsin, the Hartge children (with the exception of Joe) were finally old enough to go and enjoy their fathers (Frank3) favorite bar. I stayed back at the hotel with a sleeping baby frank with the family enjoyed Friday night at Wolski's. The classic "I closed Wolski's" sticker was used in a photo with Frank4 when he was just a baby... so 25ish years later here he is posing at the actual bar!

Bath Time!

Last night the Franks were left home alone while I attempted to finish formatting my thesis (almost done!) Daddy Frank took pick of baby frank in the bathtub, and I realize this morning that we don't really have any bathtub pictures of the little man... so we will have to take more in the future I suppose! Baby frank loves the bath, just like he loves the pool or any body of water. He never cries or fusses while in the water... he just splashes and giggles... he could play in there for hours if it wasn't so close to bedtime...

Happy in the tub

He has hair! You can only see it in person or when it is wet...
