Baby Yoga

Saurday afternoon Charlie and I went to Mommy and Me Yoga at Balanced Yoga in Columbus. I had gone to a couple of classes with my friend Abby while we were pregnant... so since our babies are here we decided to go back! It was such a fun time {and an actual workout!} The instructor was also named Abby... so in a class of 6 people three were named Abby/ie. Charlie even got to meet the beautiful miss Amelia Braun aka Millie... maybe these two will be great friends when they attend Ohio University like their parents in 18 years...

Easter 2011 Part 1

Easter 2011 Part 2

Easter afternoon we hung out with the Gernetzke Family. Frank enjoyed playing with Noah while Charlie and Owen slept. The boys went on another easter egg hunt and played with Thomas the Train.

Easter 2011 Part 3

Later in the evening Frank and Matthew went on another Easter Egg hunt! They were much more into this year than last... these two are so cute together they play so well together and often would put eggs in each other's baskets and share the treats and toys they found. What sweet little boys!

1 Month Old with the Gund Bear

Charlie at one month... is a lot different then his big brother Frank... Charlie has really bad acid reflux and spends most of his day not pleased unless being held upright. At his most recent check-up Charlie weighed 10lbs and 13oz, so at least the reflux is not affecting his weight gain.

A Walk in The Park

With a few sunny days... both daddy and mommy have taken the boys SOLO to the park! It is not an easy task... but Frank5 really needs to get out and charlie loves to be walked... so much so you can often find charlie like this {or in the Moby with mommy}

Tummy Time!

Charlie has been enjoying some tummy time {just like his brother Frank}... Here he is on Friday at -almost- 4 weeks playing on his tummy when all of the sudden... he ended up on his back! Frank rolled over from back to front pretty much at the same time because he HATED sleeping on his back... So Charlie likes to be different than his big brother! I will try to catch it on video... but with two it makes capturing milestones a little more difficult... But here are some cute pictures

IT'S A GIRL!!!

Aurora Noel Hayes was born Sunday at 2:17 CST {3:17 EST} she weighed in at 8lbs 14oz and 19.75 inches long! We are very happy to have our first niece/cousin! I am ecstatic to have a little girl to finally spoil! {Being an aunt is so much fun!}

Congrats to TJ and April!! She is beautiful :)

Back from DC

We are back from DC {well actually Maryland} and we have a place to live for next year! After looking at nearly 15 townhouses/houses on Monday we decided on a place in Silver Spring, MD and will be moving early June. Frank5 really enjoyed his time with his grandparents... while Charlie found the whole house hunting process EXHAUSTING! {as did his parents}

Road Trip

Sunday Frank4 and I headed to Bethesda, MD with Charlie in tow to find a place to live next year! Frank offically go his orders, so we will be moving to the Bethesda area for the next year {possibly three}. Frank5 got to stay in Columbus and play with his grandparents, but Charlie has to eat... so he did not get to stay and play! Charlie did a pretty good job on the 6 hour car trip... slept practically the entire way... however that made his sunday night... well... and all-nighter... Sunday/Monday we will be looking at so many houses that we hope the little man has a good day... he did very well yesterday...

Ohio weather was fabulous as we were leaving Sunday... Frank spent the day with his Hayes grandparents...He went swimming {of course!} McDonalds, played in the water table, helped pop-pop plant in the garden, went for a bike ride to the park... i think it is safe to say he wore mimi and pop-pop out! I am sure they will not mind handing him off the the Hartge grandparents Monday night!
