2 weeks already!

Baby frank is 2 weeks old! he now weighs 9lbs 8oz and 21.5 inches! which means he gained 1lb 6oz since and has grown an inch since birth... we need to stop feeding him so well! here is a picture of him with his Gund bear (a hartge family tradition) we are going to take monthly pictures of him with this bear to chart his rapid growth!

Frank 5's umbilical cord fell off Feb. 21st when he was 8 days old! His belly looks so cute with out the "stump" attached or as frank calls it the baby's last true connection to mom...

Coming Home

Frank was finally released from the hospital on Saturday. Grandma and Grandpa Hartge came to the hospital to help us bring him home. Here are pictures of him bundled up in his car seat for the first time and ready to go!

Almost a day in labor baby frank was born via c-section

on Feb. 13th at 5:49 PM

8lbs 3 oz and 20 1/2 inches
his full name is Francis Joseph Hartge V
hence why we are calling him Frank 5
he also responds to Franky five, frank the fifth and baby frank
