Annapolis

Daddy Frank will be at the Naval Academy for the next two weeks in the sports medicine clinic, so we decided to visit to let him practice the drive and tour the town. It was a nice day to walk around by the water

view of the water

On the advice of Megs we went to Chick and Ruth's Delly. there was a man vs. food challenge there, and it was extremely yummy!

Charlie wanted some of daddy's milkshake! {he fortunately was given a taste!}

Frank5 and Mommy

Charlie thinks the food is yummy too.. and prefers to sit backwards in the high chair

when we got home Frank kept asking to have his picture taken... since he usually HATES it... we decided to jump on the occasion! Of course he kept posing... but better than nothing

The Little Gym

Today at the end of Frank's Gym class parents {and siblings} got to go into the gym and play with their little guys! Frank was so excited to show us all he has been doing these past 20 weeks!

Swinging on the bars! SOOOO Happy

Actually posing and smiling for the camera

Smile!

I took a bunch of videos because he was moving so fast most of my pictures were blurry and I only had my iPhone to take pictures with, but the videos are cute!

We Can Fix It!

The boys LOVE to play together! Most of the time it is wrestling and I have to make sure no one gets injured in the process... but it is still quite adorable.

Mr. Fix it Frank!

Day at The Museum

Since Daddy had Sunday off we decided to try the Museum of Natural History and it was a lot of fun! Frank was determined to see a squirrel for some reason... luckily this place has everything and we found quite a few! We made it about 2/3's of the way through before the boys wanted lunch and then we headed home. It was a fun visit!

Frank really liked the butterflies

Inside the butterfly garden. Frank really liked this until an over zealous blue butterfly chased him... then he wanted to leave... like NOW

Big spiders!

Happy Charlie

I thought this was cool... a cup under pressure!

10 Months Old with the Gund Bear

Charlie is now 10 Months old! He still has NO TEETH... which is kinds crazy... but he still loves to eat. He prefers peas to corn, like cheerios and mum mums. He has been trying more finger foods... but it has been tricky with the whole no teeth thing. We are also not having much sippy cup success... so we may have to quit the bottle cold turkey in a few months...
He is such a happy boy! He loves to play with cars, blocks, lego duplo and any think that lights up and makes noise. He is quite chatty and likes to sat ma-ma-ma-ma or da-da-da. He is really into clapping now, and if you say "yeah charlie!" he will start clapping. He can {on a rare occasion} be caught standing, but not for long... he tends to collapse. He is a fast crawler and is lovingly referred to as the -viper- because he will slither/sneak up to you and attack! We also tend to call him squeezy... because he is just so squeezable!

Week 2 with Coach Doug was the second week of soccer! Frank is doing a great job of listening and participating... sometimes he just follows his own rules {like the no hands rule...} It is so funny to watch 4-7 yo's play sports!

Listening to Coach Doug {Frank is in Yellow sitting on his knees}

Stretching before practice

No Sippy Cup

Charlie HATES Sippy Cups... He refuses them... he gets really angry when we give them to him... we have tried a few kinds with absolutely NO success... quite different from Frank and seeing how we are approaching a year soon I am open to any suggestions...

Nesting...

So I have been in a reorganizing the house/getting rid of toys/clothes/organizing/cleaning mood... blame it on the spring like winter weather... the fact we are moving AGAIN in July... or the pregnancy hormones... here are some pics of "shelves" {so exciting i know}

Book shelf upstairs with new baskets... thinking of getting more for the blank shelk
