Yankee Candle Factory

Sunday we decided to take off and check out the Yankee Candle Factory in Massachusetts. It was a "scenic drive" with all the leaves changing for the fall. However... when we left CT is was sunny and warm, a little bit north of us in MA was quite chilly... and while we thought we brought enough jackets, apparently we brought multiple Charlie hats/jackets... and none for Frank... so a lot of the pics have Frank in a jacket a few sizes too small...oops!

We stopped for lunch at a scenic rest stop

lunch time!

Happy and cold

Charlie eating apples and cheesing
Frank posing in front of the map of Massachusetts

Then we arrived!

Lots of shopping

Frank kept counting al the presents as they passed by the ceiling... he could have stayed there all day

One of the things we were told to do while we were here was make a candle

waiting in line

Frank picked out a soccer ball to color

They also had a train ride for the kiddos (and daddy)

My attempt at a group picture
On the way home we passed a few chipotle's and were able to stop and get dinner! Ben found this to be the best part of the trip
