A New Adventure

Packing up for the hospital for tomorrow morning... I can't believe I made it to 40 weeks again! Not even the super moon could put me into labor!! But we are pleased to have a little baby on the first day of spring 3/21...As I pack my bags... one pink and blue onsie... and of course gifts for the big brother from the new baby {If you are a Thomas the Train aficionado then you can guess the names we have picked out}

We are very excited to become a family of -four- and even more excited to meet this new little one... we will be at the hospital at 5am to begin our newest adventure!

A View From Here...

One week {and one day} to go... and the view from here is:

At least -if- I could see my toes... I would be looking as a fresh pedicure :)

Our "countdown chains" to baby are getting less and less... which is exciting to me at least...

Bags are packed... infant car seat has been put in the car... the room is ready... and while I am aware that I will me MORE tired once this little baby arrives... I will be very happy to be able to move a little easier and to finally meet this little one... apparently all the spicy food... walking... and many other means of trying to convince this little one to arrive are not working... and though it has been a wonderful 39 weeks... time is up kiddo! We are ready to meet you already!

37 Weeks Pregnant

Three weeks {or less} until we get to meet our new baby!

We are very excited to meet the new baby... and anxiously awaiting the answer to everyone's favorite question... boy or girl.... we will find out soon enough :)

Pool Fun on Winter Break

Frank LOVES swimming... he has always seemed to be a water bug. Lately we have been taking swim lessons at the local YMCA and Frank looks forward to every Saturday morning... Last week I told him on Friday night he needed to get some rest for swim lessons in the morning... and Saturday morning 6:00am he has standing at the door asking,"time to go swimming??" When we visited mimi and pop pop last weekend we went to the Westerville Rec Center for some more swimming fun with Frank's buddy Matthew. The boys had a great time splashing around and jumping in the pool... we are looking forward to this summer and much time spent at the pool!

Three Year Check-Up

Today Frank had his -three- year check up! He did an excellent job and has grown a bit since his two year check-up. At three years of age Frank weighs 33 lbs {50th percentile} and stands 38.5 inches tall {50th percentile} which is the perfect size in our opinion!

The doctor also checked his Blood Pressure for the first time... which was -of course- PERFECT!

3 year check-up also NO vaccines! Which was good news for our little guy! His next check-up will be in one year!!

Little Things... Big Things

Lately we have been getting things ready for the arrival of the new baby {in 4 weeks or less} Frank has been very interested in -testing out- all of his old baby toys.... At mimi and pop pop's house Frank took an interest in the exersaucer... thought he is QUITE big for it... i think he had deemed it safe and fun for the new baby...

However... I am sure he is very happy with his BIG BOY toys instead of his baby toys... Frank LOVES GeoTracks. Saturday night Frank and Mimi created an insane set-up with all the tracks and trains they could find

Hours of fun definitely followed...
