Gone Fishin'

Sunday we went to visit Great Grandma Hayes in Zanesville and we went fishing! It was Frank's first time fishing and he even got to pick out his own fishing pole {spider man!} The pond is stocked so basically with ever cast you caught a fish. I think Frank was more interested in the cows and farm equipment but we had fun :)

Meeting baby Katelyn

My cousin Jeremy and his wife Virgina had a baby girl in July and I could not wait to hold a little baby {i know I have a 5 month old, but she didn't even weigh 8 lbs... both of mine never dropped below 7lbs 10oz... so this was a little baby!}

Katelyn Marie Clark was such a sweet -sleepy- little girl!

Charlie was also snoozing but he is definitely not little

Happy Charlie!

We love this kid!

First Flight!

The boys took their first flight Thursday night and it was a success! We flew out of Baltimore and even with a layover in Philly the boys were fantastic! Thank goodness too because I had both of them to wrangle by myself!

Frank was so excited to fly he barely made a peep on either flight and Charlie fell asleep during take-off on both flights making it fabulous for me and all of the other passengers! We truly have great kids :)

Now you see it... Now you don't

Sunday Frank5 and I went on a "date" to the Winnie the Pooh movie. When we got to the theatre he wanted to see Smurfs.... however due to the fact it was 3D {and refused to wear the glasses} and the Spy Kids preview scared the life out of him {imagine if he saw Gargamel} We wandered back across the hall to see {as I intended} the new Winnie the Pooh movie. It was super cute {and short} and I think he enjoyed it, especially the popcorn!

In other news...My Car was stolen Saturday night... right in front of our house... still on word on its whereabouts.... not a very good welcome to the neighborhood!

Movie Night

Friday after work the Franks walked up to the park only to see that they were having a neighborhood movie night! So i strapped charlie in the Bijorn and walked up to join them! They were playing the Little Mermaid, and Frank actually enjoyed watching it! {surprise no cars or trains involved!}

Charlie's MRI

We had to wake up super early on Wednesday to make it to Walter Reed by 6:45 for Charlie's MRI. Charlie has been diagnosed with Nystagmus and the doctors wanted him to have an MRI just as a precaution to make sure there was not anything causing his Nystagmus. Because he dad to be perfectly still in the MRI they put him under sedation. He was such a trooper and all the nurses quickly fell in love with him... and seriously... how could you not love this face!

When they took him to the MRI frank and I spent time in the playroom. He was also a big trooper for the eight hours we were there!

We got the results back from the MRI and Charlie's scan looked perfect!
