Happy New Year!!

2011 holds much to look forward to! Frank5 turns 3 in February and meeting our new baby in March :) Getting our first niece in April... May brings Frank4 graduating and starting residency {more on this to come soon}. Uncle Joe graduates high school this year on the same day Frank graduates medical school.... and that is just the FIRST half of the year! Wishing all of you a wonderful 2011!

Our St. Nicholas gift to the Hartge's was a train set to go around the tree... Frank really liked to watch the train circle the tree on Christmas morning

He liked showing Uncle Joe how cool trains can be!

Frankie Pajamas

Frank has picked up a nickname from Matthew's grandparents as "Frankie Pajamas" Every year the boys get matching christmas PJ's... like in 2009 and 2008. It is so fun to watch these boys grow older together!

Nieman Christmas Eve Party 2010

Yet again this year we attended the Annual Nieman Christmas Eve Party! Frank immediately took interest in Grandpa Jerry's trains!

Frank and Matthew were also spoiled by many people with presents.

As a tradition of the party... there is a pool tournament... a trophy and bragging rights are at stake.... this year Michael Nieman and Frank4 were the champions!

You could easily say the theme of Christmas 2010 is TRAINS! Here is Frank playing with his GeoTracks at Mimi and Pop-pop's house.

St. Nicholas 2010

Sunday night we set out our shoes for St. Nicholas to stop by and fill them with goodies! {Frank would like me to point out the shoes were not left under the tree... but in the correct location of outside the door... I just took a picture of them under there...}

Monday morning Frank awoke to find St. Nicholas left him a new Train in his shoe.

The Frank's REAL St. Nicholas gift was saved for later in the evening... I didn't want to let Frank open his present... then have to go to school and not get to play with it...

As soon as daddy came home we showed frank his present...

Daddy has been requesting this gift for a while... so in a way it really was for BOTH of them...

Not sure which Frank enjoyed it more...

But this little Frank seemed to really enjoy it...

The boys played with the Hot Wheels track for an hour until bedtime!
